Quandary Solved

Well it seems the difficult question about if the cats could fit inside the red beret bed was solved for everyone this morning.  I came down and Calla was plunked right on top of it, squashing it flat.  Soon Julie was also taking a turn on the new bed.

I’m not sure which of the two of them was the one who settled the issue.

Gus has no need for the new-fangled fancy cat beds when his old traditional beds do just fine, thank you very much.

Julie didn’t spend all the day in bed.  Some part of it was spent wallowing in sunbeams.

Would Julie claw my face off if I stuck it in that fuzzy underside?

I love the “harumph” face on Mr. Gus.

The only time you have to worry about a claw with Julie is if he misjudges the distance when going for a toy. Even if he wants to go real bad, he just wiggles without using claws or bites. Sometimes he hisses, but that’s all.

  2. Oh my gosh, Julie belly!!!! Can I say SQUEEEEEE!!!!!
Gus looks so regal, so done with all you peasants..
So the bag is a bed, it works.

Look at all that gorgeous fluff! Lovely pics of both Gus and Julie.

  4. Love the upside down sleepy bit – Sabre does that all the time and it always makes me smile :)

With three long-haired cats, have you a hair ball management program

Wallowing in sunbeams! What a life he has. Best Julie shot yet.
