Shameless Bribery

Its a slow day today, as I am getting over a cold. I did pick up this little number and built it. So far, they treat it like its radioactive, and the fact that I keep pushing them at it probably is no help. Ah, well, free food for life has its downside every so often.

I don’t think that is its final position, but the place I’m thinking about putting it is taken up with something heavy that I want to move to the garage. I have a hand truck that will help, but I have to fill its tires with air, and my pump is out of charge.

Hopefully I’ll have that chore over and done with by November or so.

Update:  I wouldn’t want to give the wrong idea, the house is a professionally made one  called “Room With A View” that you can put together with a screwdriver pretty easily. And I did manage to get it into its proper place that weekend.

Impressive how a simple job can mushroom into a full day’s work sometimes.

I assembled it from a kit. It’s called “Room with a View”. Here’s a link to a vendor, although I got mine from a local store. I wouldn’t want you to get the wrong idea about my building skills…

  3. Hi there! Nice to meet you!! That looks like a pretty cool place to take a nap…top bunk and a bottom. We would really like that. Hope your cats are liking it now.

I’ve seen them sneak a few peeks at it. My cats are often pretty slow at picking up new things. Its also large enough for them – Gus (the cat on top) is a 13-14 pound fellow. Often the houses you get are too small for them to fit inside.

      Thanks for stopping by!
