Ladybug Wars

The toy I got from Paula is a tethered ladybug with a magnet in it.  There is another magnet in the base right in that leg protruding towards the camera.  Especially when the bug is swinging at low amplitude the magnet makes the bug bob and weave erratically.

So far I seem to like it better than everyone, but tonight I saw her reach over and hook the string and pull the bug toward her…what happens next?

RUN AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!!!

The ladybug was too much for her this time, up close and personal.

This gave Julie an opening that he took.   This is the third time I’ve seen him in the bed.  He was using it as I left for work this morning too.

Next thing you know, Julius will be putting the ladybug in Calpurnia’s bed and scaring her out of it, just so he can sit there! I love her attitude in the first pic, and her marshmallow paws.

Aww, Julius likes the comfy bed too. I think the ladybug toy is adorable. I bet Sprocket would show it no mercy. Maybe Calpurnia will warm up to it.

I can see why an engineer would like that toy. I was never so glad that my son went to engineer school as when he managed to fix my beloved old clothespin bag, a type no longer available for sale.

That looks like a really neat toy!

We have that exact same bed, same material and all. The cats so enjoyed the two I ordered that I had to make another one myself to put upstairs for them.
