Today is another one of those days I warned you about. Oldcat is now older – its my birthday. These days it reminds me mostly of this song somehow:

It was very rainy all day so we were all cooped up inside. I did give them and myself a break from pictures – these were taken yesterday when it was a little nice. I love the look on her face about the mouse on her head – “Yeah, right feller – funny ha ha”.
I have the three best presents one could ask for – Gus, who now purrs before I stick a pill down him because he can see the milk treat coming…
…and Julius, who has been very good about keeping close and coming home early in the evenings so far this year….
..and Calla, who alternates between pretty as a picture, cute as a button, sweet as sugar, and mad as a hatter.

I don’t have too many of her on the patio – she’s either in or farther out in the yard, on the rocks. Hopefully it will soon warm up so we can hang out there.
