Sleepy Satur…Friday

Silly fellows making a hash of my blog post titles.  Everyone was sleeping in their own spot of the room, myself included, when I woke up and realized it was time to work up something to post.

Last weekend there was a moment where Julie was asleep against one side of my leg, Gus was on the other side, and Calla poked her head up over the arm of the chair to say hello before settling down to nap in the basket.

Today they were not quite as close, but when I got up to try to take some pictures Julie followed and Gus consented to groom him properly for a long time.

Calla jumped down from the basket to this spot a few feet away from them to watch, but it didn’t take long for the little rug-ette to cast its spell on her.

After that there was no more watching, just biscuits to be made.

And in an odd note, for some reason the second JPG file of Calla is less than half the size of the first one, even though all the other settings are the same.  I haven’t really made a study of this, it just caught my eye.

  1. Love it when they lick each other, so brotherly! That must be some magical rug to drive Calla so crazy with it! Adorable as usual!

  2. so nice when one cat grooms the other and there is no scuffle at the end 🙂
