Rhea decided to be sweet to me and actually use one of the real cat beds. It is a start.
It is raining tonight and Julie actually got caught out in it. He managed to get back and was sitting inside a cat house I have out back. I opened the door and called to him but it seemed to take him a long time to decide to brave the drop and run the four feet or so from his door to the house door.
Isn’t he’s handsome?
I try and find out where the cats take to staying in, for security’s sake if nothing else. Today I was looking for her and spotted her tucked into this box full of saved grocery bags and other stuff, sitting on a rocking chair. She’s hollowed out a little cave.
I played with the kittens by dangling a shoestring over the railing of the chair. Davout soon got a bead on it and went for it.
Rhea tackled everything in the area – railing post, string, and so on. She will sort it out later.
Davout then took his turn pawing at it and biting on it.
