Curls

Like the little lip curl?  While it is cute, it worries me a little as it comes from her lip getting caught on her tooth.  It seems to happen more rarely than just after her permanent teeth came in.  Then, there was even a little cut on the lip, but that seems to have gone away.

No idea if this will go away as she continues to grow up or if she will get it caught every so often.

A bit earlier Julie did his own curl.  I call this “Aussie Mode” because it reminds me of the hat with one side pinned up.

Davout didn’t participate in the curl competition.  He did play with his shoestring, though.

Rhea enjoyed watching him play almost as much as playing herself.  After I stopped taking pictures she engaged him in a wrestling match up and down the stairs.

I hope Rhea’s tooth doesn’t require any corrective action, but it’s a critical tooth, one her veterinarian probably should evaluate just in case.

  3. Makes me wonder if she’s wind up with a toof like the one zooltry girl has. It’s adorable and doesnt seem to bother her. I think Rhea’s makes her look like she’s puckering up sometimes. Smooches pretty girl!

Her lower tooth isn’t that crooked. It just is a little set forward on that side.so it has more trouble fitting under the lip every time. I had a cat once where the top and bottom big teeth clicked every time she yawned and it never bothered her for 20 years.

My son’s cat got her upper lip caught on a fang. The tooth penetrated the lip. Necessitated a trip to the vet

The Aussie hat is called a slouch hat. In your case you have a slouch cat.
