Cold Day

It is pretty cold and nasty today so we all stayed upstairs.

There were a couple of times Rhea charged at Anna because we were all close.  I’ve been wondering if Anna was feeling a bit sick because she seemed a little too willing to stay upstairs in corners and such.  Today I got a vet call that her retest showed that her earlier medicine did not totally flush out her parasites so she’s getting a new dosage.  Hopefully this will perk her up some.

Rhea actually dragged this feather toy most of the way upstairs around dinner time.  This red felt mat is also a combination of bed and toy since Rhea will attack it maniacally every so often.

Part of the day Rhea spent sleeping on my legs or lap which was nice.

Davout spent much of the day under the bed below me.  When the toy appeared he would sometimes surface like a submarine beast to attack it.

Rhea got a big mouthful of felt that I had to pull out myself.  In an earlier combat she was so exuberant that she rolled herself right off the bed.

Here he comes again!!!!

Rhea likes leaping up from the floor to catch the toy by surprise, too.  She usually gets all the way up when she does so, though.

Sounds like a comfy, warm day playing upstairs and hope Anna is feeling better soon with the new meds.

Pretty little Rhea. Her random swirl o’colors is always fascinating to look at — so’s her cute face.
