Many Faces

Out back today Davout eating grass surely had on the mean face.

I’m not sure why Rhea stopped here, but her reaction is neither interest nor fear.  Perfect indifference.

No she’s not looking at me.

Inside, later Davout had on the grump face.

Then someone made a noise and he swapped in his alarm face.

He then looks a bit ashamed of being alarmed.

Rhea thought she looked so good at the top of the stairs that she was unable to move for a long time until she received proper appreciation.

A dash of camera strap brought her down for both some fighting and her big eyed face.

They’re all cute faces. I imagine Davout’s are even cuter in person when the eye can pick up more contrast than the camera.

(I keep thinking his name sounds like “devout” but the T must be silent, right?)
