It is a hard lesson Rhea had to learn – stay away from dentists, even the vet kind. You don’t get out of it just with a cleaning even when they say so repeatedly.
Yep, on closer look one of her itty bitty teeth was starting to go bad so they had to take it out. It is one of the tiny ones on the side, between the big canines and the sharp molars in back.
She had been drooling some when I got her back, as she often does this when stressed or given meds. Like a gusher, actually. Also when she got back she went rolling around pretty much everywhere at home getting the smells of the doctor’s away.
Davout got a bit of outside time and some grass, which he spat up. He needs a haircut himself.
Rhea has some pain meds to help out over the next few days, but despite the look here she’s seeming normal and isn’t too groggy.
“I can still mess you up, even one tooth short. So watch it!”

Aw, poor darling girl! Can’t trust those dentists/vets! I’m sure she’ll be feeling much better soon though. Who knows, maybe her feisty attitude with Anna was caused by a toothache?
