April 5 was the sixth anniversary of the blog. I did a historical post last year for those new to the blog. This time I’m just picking out some pictures from the files.
Calpurnia on the rocks. She loved being outside almost as much as Julie did, although she wandered less. She especially liked lying on the rocks warmed by the summer sun after the air cools down in the evening.
Gustavus Adolphus keeping me company out back.
Julius Caesar was usually on top of the wall, or even farther out.
Harrison also liked being outside, and he was quick on his feet galloping around too.
Fresh Faced Rhea Silvia and Marshal Davout from a couple years back.
Anna Comnena reacting to invisible kittens in the hallway.
General Sherman deep in thought.
General Grant as a suspicious young man.
Thanks for the nearly 200,000 views in the last 6 years!
Seeing the pictures of Cal and Gus made me tear up a little. You’ve been blessed with some wonderful cats. May your current family be happy and healthy!
